I’m Viktor — a Senior Web Developer and Technical Lead with over a decade of experience building high-performing WordPress websites, custom themes, and plugins. My journey began out of curiosity and evolved into a profession that’s taken me from freelance gigs and creative agencies to leading the website division at a global SaaS company. I’ve always been passionate about crafting digital solutions that are not only scalable and cleanly coded, but genuinely helpful to users and businesses alike.

Currently, I head up the web team at Hostify, where I’ve built tools that allow clients to launch custom booking websites with a single click. My stack spans both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on WordPress architecture, CRM integrations (like Salesforce & HubSpot), and performance optimization. I’ve also led development at agencies like The Brains and Rocket Healthcare Marketing, building sites for clients across industries—from healthcare to fintech.

Beyond code, I thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving real-world problems, and mentoring others along the way. When I’m not deep into development or mapping out technical workflows, I’m probably exploring the outdoors, reading about philosophy, gaming to unwind, or enjoying some quality downtime with my girlfriend.
